Our guests highly value our RELAX-Packet very much. Calculate your holiday costs before you travel by selecting one of our RELAX-Packets or just the Basic-RELAX-Offer!
In the Basic-RELAX-Offer you will receive:
- Overnight in the apartments on offer
- Completely prepared apartments for your arrival - with bed linen, towels, showering towels etc...
- Daily sauna use in the new in-house sauna facilities of "RELAX 1" - naturally also in "RELAX 2" only 20m away for all guests
- Ski storage and ski boot drying rooms or rooms for hiking and sports equipment
- Daily bakery delivery service on request or Sumptuous Breakfast in the new Vital-Lounge of RELAX 1 – of course any guests of RELAX 2 have the possibility of booking the Sumptuous Breakfast in-house!
- Dedicated parking places for guests
- Operating costs, final cleaning
- Ski bus stop and bus stop for the popular Ötztal card only 30m or 50m away from the houses - for guests with ski passes and for guests with Ötztal card, bus connections to the skiing areas in Sölden, and in summer, through the entire valley.
- Additional visitor’s tax from 1st November 2010 (Winter € 1.60 per day per adult / children up to 15 free - Summer € 1.30 per day per adult / children up to 15 free)
- All other additional costs already included in the price!
For a “Short stay” excursion up to 3 days, an additional fee of up to a max. 20 % per day is charged! For a “Long stay” excursion from 14 days, we will be happily to make a 5 % reduction. Thank you for your understanding!

Terms of cancellation:
Up to 3 months before the start of your holiday – no cancellation fee. Up to 4 months before the start of your holiday – 50%. Up to 2 months before the start of your holiday – 75 %. shorter than 2 weeks before the start of your holiday – 100 %. Early departure during your stay - 100 %.
